This is the last time I ever buy another masterbuilt product. Now I haveВ it setting in my basement since I cannot getВ parts for it. I found out from two other sites thatВ this a common problem with Masterbuilt electric smokers, that is why they only warranty them for 90 days.В You call the service department and wait for several hours for them to answer. If youвЂ™re not done, repeat 2 through 5 until youвЂ™re done or decide you need help.вЂ‹I hae the same problem with my masterbuilt electric smoker, I have replaced the control board twice, it fixed it the first time but only worked for about two months, then same thing.В I tried to order an new control unit but was told they are out of stock.When you find an obvious problem, fix it or haveВ itВ fixed, turn the power back on, and see if youвЂ™re done.Try to move the wires and connections with your hand.Look at the power components ?В Does anything look unusual ?
